No. Shipping is only FREE within Semenanjung Malaysia. However for East Malaysia it is not as we don’t do deliveries there.

Within Klang Valley, you will receive within 1-3 working days. As for outside Klang Valley, it will take within 7-14 working days.
For condominiums/apartments, we could use the lift but that is subject to weight of the safe box purchased. As for stairs, we could also do it but again that is subject on the safe box purchased and the type of stairs there is. So based on the measurements given for the specific safe box, please make your own judgement and make the purchase. We have the rights to refuse the delivery if there is safety risk for the delivery team.
Return Policy :
Yes we do but only for refurbished units. As for New units, we do the delivery straight from the manufacturer and the reason for that is to make sure the new unit comes in the quality it was designed for. As for the refurbished units, we could do the amends in our warehouse as we have the paint and tools to do so.
You can initiate the return with our customer service team at (email address). Please provide us your full name, order number and product. Upon receiving the returned item at the warehouse, Safehub will carry out the inspection on the nearest Friday. Your refund will be processed within 7 business days post-inspection!
